The Doctoral School of Quantum Information Theory in the University of Gdansk brings together doctoral students from the following disciplines: chemical sciences, mathematics and physical sciences. The first themed doctoral school in Poland dedicated to quantum information theory, established in the University of Gdańsk in March 2023, was developed from the rich UG tradition of a world-renowned research centre.
The Doctoral School of Quantum Information Theory elicits from the potential of the International Centre for Theory of Quantum Technologies (ICTQT), which was established in UG in 2018 and operates in cooperation with the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information – Vienna (IQOQI-Vienna) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences
