Enrolment to the Doctoral Schools in the University of Gdańsk for the academic year 2024/2025. All interested candidates are welcome to register in the IRK system.

Enrolment documents for the Doctoral School of Humanities and Social Sciences as well as Natural Sciences are to be submitted from 15 to 26 July 2024 in the doctoral schools office, room F220 in the Faculty of Chemistry, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Administration's office hours during summertime

Visiting hours for doctoral students are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday between 9.00 and 13.00. On Thursdays you are welcome contact us via the telephone or email. Note that the doctoral school students' matters are handled according to their disciplines of science.
