Visiting hours for doctoral students are Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 9.00 and 13.00. Extended office hours take place on Tuesdays, i.e. between 12.00 and 16.00. On Thursdays you are welcome contact us via the telephone or email. Note that the doctoral school students' matters are handled according to their disciplines of science.

On May 2nd, 2024 the doctoral schools office will be closed.

ORCID – the researcher’s identifier

According to the regulations of doctoral schools in the University of Gdańsk, doctoral students are obligated to obtain a researcher’s digital identifier (an ORCID iD), which may be done here: https://orcid.org/.
