The 4th Congress of Young Science

Dear all,

it is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the 4th Congress of Young Science, which will be held at the University of Gdansk on July 11-13, 2024

Registration takes place at the link https://forms.gle/7VTRC755ZHGTabH19. Registration for panel organizers ends on March 19, or if the limit of places is reached.

The 4th Congress of Young Science is a unique opportunity for young scientists to present their research results, share their theses and make valuable scientific contacts. The event is international and multidisciplinary in nature, bringing together a variety of scientific fields.

Although the process of submitting scientific panels is just a beginning, we assure you that the program will be diverse and inspiring, as in previous editions. Sessions and discussions are planned that cover a broad spectrum of topics, from the sciences to the humanities, which will provide an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences. The topics of the panels are not limited.

We are also particularly honored to have the opportunity to invite you to serve as moderators of individual panels. As moderators, you will have the opportunity not only to guide the discussion, but also to influence the shaping of the scientific space during the Congress.

Some of the most important information about the panels:
- A panel research supervisor is needed to verify the content level of the panel. The scientific supervisor should have at least a doctoral degree. Their task will be to allow the submitted papers to appear in the panel on the basis of the abstracts sent by the speakers;
- Completing the application form - it only takes a moment! You need the name of the panel, a brief description, some information about the panel and a scan of the supervisor's approval.
- For the panel to take off, a minimum of 3 papers approved by the Scientific Supervisor must be submitted to the panel;
- The moderator/organizer conducts the panel during the Congress, hands out certificates to participants and completes brief documentation.

After the Congress, participants will have the opportunity to publish post-conference articles in Progress - Journal of Young Researchers, which is an excellent opportunity to share their research with the wider scientific community.

For students, doctoral students and employees of the University of Gdansk, the cost of participation in the Congress of Young Science is PLN 70 - both for panel organizers and participants. The fee includes full board and participation in all scheduled program points. It is possible to stay at a preferential price (PLN 32.40 per person/night netto) in the student dormitories of the University of Gdansk in Oliwa.

We encourage you to read the details of the Congress and register on our website (https://kongresmlodejnauki.ug.edu.pl/). If you have any questions, our team is at your disposal by email at kongresmlodejnauki@ug.edu.pl and by phone at 725 992 266

We look forward to your participation in the 4th Congress of Young Science and hope it will be a time of fruitful scientific exchange and development.
