The University of Gdańsk is implementing the “Internationalisation of Doctoral Schools in the University of Gdańsk” Project (project/agreement number: BPI/STE/2023/1/00017/DEC/01 of 19 of October 2023, abbreviated: "INTER-DOC) financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) as part of the “STER – Internationalisation of Doctoral Schools" Project

Administration's office hours during summertime

Visiting hours for doctoral students are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday between 9.00 and 13.00. On Thursdays you are welcome contact us via the telephone or email. Note that the doctoral school students' matters are handled according to their disciplines of science.
Due to on-going reorganisation of doctoral schools, contact with the doctoral school administration may be limited.
